Poached pear sliced onto seasonal leaves with walnuts and Gorgonzola, finished with olive oil

Salad bowl of mozzarella cheese, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, croutons and seasonal leaves.

Baked goats cheese on toasted ciabatta with roasted peppers resting on a rocket salad
